The Seasons Restaurant, situated at Germiston Campus is a fully functional
restaurant and is also utilised as a training restaurant for the Hospitality and
Catering Programmes.

Duration: 2 years full time study, 3rd year part-time.
Minimum requirements: Grade 11 with Consumer Studies or Hotel Studies as
a subject, or Grade 12
